I would highly recommend RideNow Powersports on Rancho to anyone in the market looking to purchase an ATV. The sales experience was second to none beginning with email inquiries all the way to signing the final paperwork. First and foremost I would like to thank Bob Verbeck for being such a great salesman. He was very courteous, respectful and guided me every step of the way during my purchase of a 2011 Suzuki Burgman 650 Executive. To Eric in financing, thank you for going that extra mile for me. I highly recommend anyone to go see Bob Verbeck at RideNow Powersports. Heck, he even remembered my wife's name when he introduced us to the service technician who would be explaining the features of my bike to me. I gotta tell you that really impressed me though I never said anything to Bob. They really do go the extra miles to get you riding. I really can't say enough about them. Friendly, non-pressuring team of people who seem to love what they do and it shows. As for the Suzuki Burgman, I gotta tell you, I was extremely happy with my purchase as they had it all nice and shiny when we arrived to pickup the bike and oh yeah, it rides beautifully. Me and my wife came down from ely nevada to get our atv fixed. The minute we dropped our vehicle off we were instantly helped. I had dropped my atv off on friday march 10 for repair of one way clutch. I was notifyed saturday march 11 at 5:45pm that my atv needed further repair, Our service tech vinny stayed a little later to finish the repairs. Thanks to Ridenow I can ride my quad You guys rock!!

Best buying experience ever. To my suprise the whole sales dept. got involved in my purchase. Steve (general mgr) Mat (sales mgr) Dave and Glenn (salesmen) Scott (parts mgr) and Brian (service tech) are awsome and knowledgable. The sales experience took a little longer than I expected but the deal and service were better than I expected. I got a great bike (Gold Wing) at a great price from a great dealership

I was recently (2/29/12) looking for a part for my yfz450 that I was having a difficult time acquiring. I called the device department and spoke to a gentleman named Mike. He was not only helpfull and knowledgable on the phone but since we didn't have the exact part on hand and there were time constraints he instructed me to stop by and he would try his best to acquire it for me. I followed through and stopped by to speek with mike and he went out of his way to get the part I needed in a matter of min. I've owned Yamaha motorcycles and quads for years and of course dealt with many service shops and representative and this has hands down been the best. Even though this shop is not the closest to my residence I will drive the extra miles to acquire what I need for my motorcycles at this location. (ride now rancho)

I recently had some work done on my Honda motorcycle. The entire RideNow team was excellent. A complete analysis of my bike was done, and recommendations for needed work were provided. A complete safety inspection was also done. My bike was ready before the estimated time. Each employee was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs service on a motorcycle.

This place rocks! I rode a little when I was a kid but I just started riding again about two years ago. Even before I bought my cycle (xr650r) used (from private seller, not a shop/dealer) these folks were around to give me a hand and haven't stopped since. No matter who I have spoken to and no matter if it was for parts, service or general questions about my cycle or other cycles, everyone here has answered any and all of my questions, even if it was a question on how I could fix something myself. Most recenty when I had to take in some parts to be worked on I had a question about my bill. They took the time to explain what they had done and what each item covered. The service here reminds me of what I would expect from a small mom and pop shop but even as a "dealer" this place has provided excellent customer service - even for non-paying customers! When I have to get work done at this shop because I am unable or don't have the tools to do on my own, it makes me not mind so much - a very refreshing feeling in today's world.

My "purchase" experience at RideNow Powersports on Rancho was "The BEST" I've had in 40 years. Communication with sales mangager, Nick Pierson, via Internet was excellent. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me the best deal possible on my new Kawasaki ZX-14. He was friendly, honest and sincerely wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible. Everyone treated me with great deal of respect. I found all the accessories I needed to completely outfit my new bike in the large, well-stocked parts department. The service department skillfully prepared my bike and gave me a complete training session on operation and maintence procedures. The store was clean, very large and very well stocked with motorcycles and accessories. My experience at RideNow Powersports on Rancho was so positive that I plan to stop in to visit every time I'm back in Las Vegas. Thank you all very much!

I just want to express my utmost pleasure dealing with RideNow on Rancho, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Sales Manager, Jeff Savage, went way,way,way beyond the call of duty, to procure me a very excellent Harley Trike. I was having such a hard time finding financing, but Jeff bit into the problem like a Pit-bull and didn't let go until he got me financed. He didn't have to do that. But he did. The Ride Now Corporation should be proud to have a very nice, decent, determined, aggressive [towards his work] person working for them. Jeff is top notch. I want to say thanks also to Steve, the GM, and also to Ben, the salesman who greeted me at the door, made me feel comfortable, and just all around glad to be there at Rancho Ride Now. All three of these guys made my whole experience a smooth one. Bought a Yamaha Super Tenere and a Triumph Tiger 1050 LE, both bikes are awesome and we are enjoying riding them. The Super Tenere is a big, friendly, easy to use, happy bike which will leave a huge grin on your face and the Tiger is a fast, comfortable great handling bike!! Thanks Steve, Jeff and Beau!!
